Arrival Day (Dehradun)

Welcome to Dehradun! Upon arrival at the airport or railway station, our guide will greet you and transfer you to your luxurious hotel for a complimentary stay. Relax and prepare for an exciting day ahead.

Day 1: Dehradun to Yamunotri

  • 07:00 AM:Depart from Sahastradhara Helipad, Dehradun (by Helicopter).
  • 07:30 AM:Arrive at Kharsali Helipad, Yamunotri.
    Your guide will escort you to the hotel, where you will enjoy a fresh breakfast. Afterward, depart for a VIP darshan at Yamunotri Temple via palki (approximately 5 km trek). After the darshan, return to the hotel for lunch and rest. In the evening, visit the ancient Shani Temple nearby. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Yamunotri to Gangotri

  • 07:45 AM:Depart from Kharsali Helipad, Yamunotri (by Helicopter).
  • 08:30 AM:Arrive at Harsil Helipad, Gangotri.
    After breakfast, your guide will take you to Gangotri Temple for a VIP darshan, approximately 20 km from the hotel. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the high-altitude valley and the serene Gangotri Dham. Relax with a delicious dinner and an evening bonfire at the hotel.

Day 3: Gangotri to Kedarnath

  • 09:00 AM:Depart from Harsil Helipad, Gangotri (by Helicopter).
  • 09:30 AM:Arrive at Kedarnath Helipad.
    The journey continues to the revered Kedarnath, known for its spiritual significance and picturesque surroundings. After a 10-minute helicopter ride from Guptkashi, your handlers will take you for a VIP darshan at the Kedarnath Temple. Post darshan, return to Guptkashi for an overnight stay at Hotel Villa Aadhya, where you will enjoy dinner and rest.

Day 4: Kedarnath to Badrinath

  • 10:00 AM:Depart from Kedarnath Helipad (by Helicopter).
  • 10:45 AM:Arrive at Badrinath Helipad.
    Head to the holy city of Badrinath. After arriving, check in to your hotel and enjoy lunch. Later, visit the Badri Narayan Temple for a VIP darshan. In the evening, explore the nearby Mana Village, the last village on the Indian border. End the day with a comfortable stay and a delicious dinner.

Day 5: Badrinath to Dehradun

  • 11:30 AM:Depart from Badrinath Helipad (by Helicopter).
  • 12:30 PM: Arrive at Dehradun Helipad (Drop-off).
    After breakfast and a visit to the Badri Narayan Temple, fly back to Dehradun, carrying fond memories of your divine Chardham Yatra.

Guidelines for Passengers

  • A maximum of 5-6 passengers per helicopter.
  • Only 5 kg of luggage per passenger is allowed due to limited space.
  • Excess luggage will not be allowed in the helicopter.
  • Woolen clothing is essential, as temperatures can be cold at these high-altitude locations. Passengers should carry a basic medical kit.
  • Only handbags are permitted; suitcases cannot be carried on the helicopter.
  • The combined weight of passengers should not exceed 330 kg.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Children above 2 years will be considered full ticket passengers.
  • There is no concession for children or senior citizens for the helicopter ride.
  • Booking requires a 50% deposit of the total amount.
  • If the journey is delayed or unable to be completed due to bad weather or technical issues, the company will attempt to complete the visit the next day.
  • In the case of complete non-visit to any Dham due to bad weather, a proportional refund will be provided (e.g., 50% refund if two Dhams are missed, 75% refund for three missed Dhams).
  • Any extra night due to weather conditions will be at the client’s expense.

Cancellation Policy

  • After the Group-Naming list has been submitted for the permit, any cancellations will incur a fee of USD 500 per person. (The permit application is made 60 days prior to the travel date).
  • If the Yatri cancels the tour 45 Days before the date of departure, 75% of total payment will be refunded.
  • If the Yatri cancels the tour 30 Days before the date of departure, 50% of total payment will be refunded.
  • If the Yatri cancels the tour 15 Days before the date of departure, NO payment will be refunded.

Emergency Departure and Associated Costs

In the event of an unforeseen emergency requiring a Yatri to depart the Yatra prematurely and seek to return, the Yatri will be fully responsible for any additional costs incurred due to this early departure. These expenses may include, but are not limited to:

  • Permit and visa cancellations
  • Transportation costs (e.g., return travel)
  • Meals and lodging
  • Medical care
  • Emergency rescue services
  • Any supplementary nights spent on the Nepal side of the journey
  • The Yatri will bear the full financial responsibility for these costs.
