Day 01: Kathmandu

Arrival in Kathmandu:

Upon arrival in kathmandu, you will be greeted by our tour manager and transferred to your hotel for check-in. Our team will collect the passports of all nri pilgrims for processing.

Note: Pilgrims are advised to arrive at kathmandu airport before 9:00 am

Day 02: Kathmandu sightseeing by bus

Morning:

  • Visit pashupatinath temple
  • Gruheswari devi temple (shaktipith)
  • Buddha nilkanth temple

Afternoon:

  • Return to the hotel for lunch.
  • Post-lunch, visit pashupatinath for the evening aarti, followed by the bagmati river aarti.
  • Return to the hotel for dinner.

Day 03: Bhaktapur & patan sightseeing

Morning:

Day 05: Kathmandu to Syabrubesi by Bus ( 150 KM 07 Hour )

  • Depart for Syabrubesi by bus, with a stop for lunch at a roadside restaurant over looking the Trishuli River.
  • After lunch, continue the journey to Timure
  • Overnight stay at a guest house (no lift facilities). Dinner included

Day 06: Nepal Side Immigration & Border Crossing 02 Hour Drive

  • Complete immigration formalities on the Nepal side.
  • Walk 1.5 km to the border and cross the Friendship Bridge to the Chinese side.
  • Complete Chinese immigration formalities (passport and permit checks).
  • After immigration, we will wait for the Tibetan guide and bus, then drive to Kerung.
  • Lunch and overnight stay at an inner Kerung hotel.

Day 07: Kerung to Saga (230 km, 5 hrs)

  • After breakfast, visit a Buddhist temple in Kerung for darshan.
  • Return to the hotel for lunch and then drive to Saga for overnight rest and acclimatization.
  • Dinner at the hotel

Overnight: Sage (Twin – Triple Sharing)

Day 08: Saga to Mansarovar (456 km, 8 hrs)

  • After breakfast, drive from Saga to Mansarovar.
  • Stop for lunch at Mayum La Pass.
  • Continue the drive to Mansarovar, where you will change buses and begin the 85 km Parikrama of Mansarovar Lake.
  • Enjoy a cleansing dip in the lake, followed by puja.
  • Drive to Chu Gompa for overnight stay.
  • Morning puja and shower the next day.

Day 09: Manasarovar to Darchen

  • After lunch, drive from Mansarovar to Darchen.
  • Optionally, travel from Darchen to Asthapad by car (additional 500 Yuan, subject to Chinese government approval).
  • Overnight stay in Darchen with dinner.

Day 10: Darchen to Dirapuk

  • Early morning breakfast and then drive to Yamdwar (30 km, 1 hour).
  • From Yamdwar, horses and porters will assist you with the 13 km trek to Dirapuk.
  • Packed lunch along the way.
  • Overnight stay in Dirapuk with dinner.
  • If permitted, perform Charansparsh (touching the holy feet of Mount Kailash).

Day 11: Dirapuk to Zuthulpuk

  • After breakfast, trek 12 km to Dolmala Pass for darshan.
  • Continue for another 11 km to Zuthulpuk. Horse Ride Not permitted
  • Overnight stay at Zuthulpuk.

Overnight: Zuthulpuk (Four-Six-Eight Sharing)

Day 12: Zuthulpuk to Darchen to Saga

  • After breakfast, complete the remaining 5 km trek to finish the Parikrama (total 45 km).
  • Meet the Sherpa and Tibetan guide, then drive back to Darchen.
  • Enjoy lunch in Darchen.
  • Drive back to Saga (456 km).
  • Overnight stay at a hotel in Saga with dinner

Day 13: Saga to Kerung (230 km, 5 hrs)

  • After breakfast, drive to Kerung.
  • Lunch in Kerung and an evening at leisure.
  • Dinner at the hotel.

Day 14: Kerung to Kathmandu

  • After breakfast, drive to the Kerung border.
  • Complete immigration formalities on both the Chinese and Nepalese sides.
  • After crossing the border, drive back to Kathmandu.
  • Enjoy a farewell dinner in Kathmandu.

Annually, we guide six hundred hindu pilgrims and travelers on a transformative expedition to mt. Kailash and the revered lake mansarovar. Our goal is to inspire all participants, known as yatris, to complete the three-day parikrama (circumambulation ) around mt. Kailash. To facilitate this process, we kindly request that you provide the company with a comprehensive list of group members along with clear passport copies a minimum of 8 weeks before your scheduled arrival in kathmandu, nepal. Payment Policy

  • A booking fee of 500 usd per person is required to be paid in advance to the company.
  • The remaining payment must be settled upon your arrival in kathmandu, nepal.

Cancellation Policy

  • After the Group-Naming list has been submitted for the permit, any cancellations will incur a fee of USD 500 per person. (The permit application is made 60 days prior to the travel date).
  • If the Yatri cancels the tour 45 Days before the date of departure, 75% of total payment will be refunded.
  • If the Yatri cancels the tour 30 Days before the date of departure, 50% of total payment will be refunded.
  • If the Yatri cancels the tour 15 Days before the date of departure, NO payment will be refunded.

Emergency Departure and Associated Costs

In the event of an unforeseen emergency requiring a Yatri to depart the Yatra prematurely and seek to return, the Yatri will be fully responsible for any additional costs incurred due to this early departure. These expenses may include, but are not limited to:

  • Permit and visa cancellations
  • Transportation costs (e.g., return travel)
  • Meals and lodging
  • Medical care
  • Emergency rescue services
  • Any supplementary nights spent on the Nepal side of the journey
  • The Yatri will bear the full financial responsibility for these costs.
