  • Arrival Day (Dehradun)
    Arrive in Dehradun. Upon arrival at the airport or railway station, you will be welcomed by our guide, who will transfer you to the hotel for your complimentary stay. Relax and prepare for an exciting day ahead.

Day 01: Dehradun to Yamunotri

  • Depart from Sahastradhara Helipad, Dehradun by Helicopter.
  • Arrive at Kharsali Helipad, Yamunotri.
    After landing at Kharsali, our handlers will assist you and escort you to the hotel for a fresh breakfast. Post breakfast, proceed for a VIP darshan at the Yamunotri Temple via a palki ride (5 km trek). After the darshan, return to the hotel for lunch. In the evening, visit the ancient Shani Temple nearby. Enjoy dinner and relax at the hotel.

Day 02: Dehradun to Yamunotri

  • Depart from Kharsali Helipad, Yamunotri by Helicopter.
  • Arrive at Harsil Helipad, Gangotri.
    Experience the beauty of Gangotri, often referred to as “Mini Switzerland”. After breakfast, head to Gangotri Templefor VIP darshan, 20 km from the hotel. Enjoy local sightseeing and a short walk in the picturesque surroundings. End the day with a cozy dinner and bonfire at the hotel.

Day 03: Gangotri to Kedarnath

  • Depart from Harsil Helipad, Gangotri by Helicopter.
  • Arrive at Kedarnath Helipad.
    Welcome to the serene Kedarnath Dham, surrounded by snow-capped peaks. After a quick stop at Guptkashi helipad, continue your short helicopter ride to Kedarnath. Our handlers will assist you in performing the VIP darshan at the Kedarnath Temple. Afterward, return to Guptkashi for an overnight stay at Villa Aadhya. Enjoy a delicious dinner and rest.

Day 4: Kedarnath to Badrinath

  • Depart from Kedarnath Helipad by Helicopter.
  • Arrive at Badrinath Helipad.
    Fly to Badrinath, located amidst the majestic Himalayas. After arrival, proceed to the Badri Narayan Templefor your VIP darshan. Afterward, explore Mana Village, located close to Badrinath, before heading back to the hotel. Relax and enjoy dinner at your hotel.

Day 5: Badrinath to Dehradun

  • Depart from Badrinath Helipad by Helicopter.
  • Arrive at Dehradun Helipad.
    After breakfast, visit the Badri Narayan Templeone last time before flying back to Dehradun, filled with spiritual peace and cherished memories of the Chardham Yatra.

Guidelines for Passengers

  • A maximum of 5 passengersper helicopter.
  • Only 5 kg of luggageper passenger is allowed due to limited space.
  • Passengers with excess baggage will not be permitted to board.
  • Carry woolen clothesas it can be cold at high altitudes.
  • Carry a regular medical kitfor emergencies.
  • Only handbagsare allowed; suitcases cannot be carried.
  • The total weight of passengers should not exceed 330 kg.
  • 75 kg Limit weight. after per kg 3000 INR per person

Terms and Conditions

  • Children above 2 years of age will be considered as full ticket passengers.
  • No discounts are available for children or senior citizens on the helicopter yatra.
  • A 50% depositis required at the time of booking.
  • If the yatra is delayed or canceled due to weather/technical issues, the company will try to extend the time to complete the visit. If any Dham is missed, a proportionate refund will be provided.
  • Any extra night due to bad weather will be at the passenger’s expense.
  • Cancellation policy:
    • Up to 50daysbefore journey: 30% cancellation fee.
    • Between 30 to 20 days: 70% cancellation fee.
    • Within 20 days: No refund.

Cancellation Policy

  • Once the Group-Naming list has been submitted for the permit, any cancellations will incur a penalty for each individual. Please note that the permit application is processed 60 days prior to the scheduled travel date.
  • If the Yatri cancels the tour 45 Days before the date of departure, 75% of total payment will be refunded.
  • If the Yatri cancels the tour 30 Days before the date of departure, 50% of total payment will be refunded.
  • If the Yatri cancels the tour 15 Days before the date of departure, NO payment will be refunded.

Emergency Departure and Associated Costs

In the event of an unforeseen emergency requiring a Yatri to depart the Yatra prematurely and seek to return, the Yatri will be fully responsible for any additional costs incurred due to this early departure. These expenses may include, but are not limited to:

  • Permit and visa cancellations
  • Transportation costs (e.g., return travel)
  • Meals and lodging
  • Medical care
  • Emergency rescue services
  • Any supplementary nights spent on the Nepal side of the journey
  • The Yatri will bear the full financial responsibility for these costs.
