Day 01: Kathmandu
Arrival in Kathmandu:
Upon arrival in kathmandu, you will be greeted by our tour manager and transferred to your hotel for check-in. Our team will collect the passports of all nri pilgrims for processing.

Day 02: Kathmandu sightseeing by bus
Morning:
- Visit pashupatinath temple
- Gruheswari devi temple (shaktipith)
- Buddha nilkanth temple

- Return to the hotel for lunch.
- Post-lunch, visit pashupatinath for the evening aarti, followed by the bagmati river aarti.
- Return to the hotel for dinner.

Day 03: Bhaktapur & patan sightseeing

Day 05: Fly from kathmandu to Lhasa
- After breakfast, head to the international airport for your flight to lhasa, a journey of approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes.
- Upon arrival, our chinese guide will greet you and escort you to your hotel.

Day 07: Drive from Shigatse to Saga
- Today’s scenic drive takes you through picturesque villages and valleys, crossing at least four high passes before reaching saga, a small town near the brahmaputra river. The journey takes approximately 6 hours, with a picnic lunch along the way.
Shigatse to saga: 380 km | 08 hrs.

Day 08: Drive from Saga to Lake Manasarovar
- Set off early for the long journey to lake manasarovar, a sacred site in hindu mythology. We expect to arrive by around 2 pm, allowing time for a holy dip and prayers. In the evening, we’ll drive to chiugompa, performing a clockwise circumambulation of the lake.

Day 10: Drive from lake manasarovar to yama dwar - start parikrama to dhirapuk
- After breakfast, we’ll drive to yama dwar (about 45 minutes), where the parikrama begins. The trek to dhirapuk, 10 km from yama dwar, takes about 5 to 6 hours along a gentle trail. Overnight stay in basic guest accommodations.Yama dwar to dhirapuk: 13 km | 7 h

Day 11: Trek to shivastahl, gaurikunda (5,620 m), then zutulphuk
- This challenging day involves a 22 km trek to zutulphuk, starting at 5 am. The trail initially ascends but becomes easier after two hours. We’ll reach dolma la pass (5,800 m), the highest point of the trek, before descending to gaurikunda and continuing to zutulphuk. Overnight in basic accommodations.

Day 12: End trek in zuthulpuk, then drive to darchen to saga

Day 14: Kerung to kathmandu
- After breakfast, drive to the kerung border.
- Complete immigration formalities on both the chinese and nepalese sides.

To facilitate this process, we kindly request that you provide the company with a comprehensive list of group members along with clear passport copies a minimum of 8 weeks before your scheduled arrival in kathmandu, nepal. Please ensure the following: Travel is restricted to the individual for whom the permit has been issued. In the event of cancellation by that individual, the permit cannot be transferred for use by another person. For instance, if gunjan sharma chooses to cancel her yatra and intends for her son pratik sharma to take her place, such substitution is not feasible. Additionally, the cancellation charges will be applicable to the person initiating the cancellation.

Payment Policy
- A booking fee of 500 usd per person is required to be paid in advance to the company.
- The remaining payment must be settled upon your arrival in kathmandu, nepal.
Cancellation Policy
- After the Group-Naming list has been submitted for the permit, any cancellations will incur a fee of USD 500 per person. (The permit application is made 60 days prior to the travel date).
- If the Yatri cancels the tour 45 Days before the date of departure, 75% of total payment will be refunded.
- If the Yatri cancels the tour 30 Days before the date of departure, 50% of total payment will be refunded.
- If the Yatri cancels the tour 15 Days before the date of departure, NO payment will be refunded.
Emergency Departure and Associated Costs
In the event of an unforeseen emergency requiring a Yatri to depart the Yatra prematurely and seek to return, the Yatri will be fully responsible for any additional costs incurred due to this early departure. These expenses may include, but are not limited to:
- Permit and visa cancellations
- Transportation costs (e.g., return travel)
- Meals and lodging
- Medical care
- Emergency rescue services
- Any supplementary nights spent on the Nepal side of the journey
- The Yatri will bear the full financial responsibility for these costs.
