Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu

Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, a representative will meet you and transfer you to your hotel. Enjoy your overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 02: Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara (900m) by Tourist Bus, then to Nayapul (1010m) by Car, Trek to Birethanti (30 minutes)

Today, we head towards Pokhara. We take a tourist bus from Kathmandu, which takes approximately six hours. Upon arrival in Pokhara, we will drive by private car to Nayapul, the starting point of our Annapurna Base Camp trek. From Nayapul, we trek for about 30 minutes to reach Birethanti, a village with several shops and teahouses. We will stay overnight at a local guesthouse.

Day 03: Trek from Birethanti to Jhinu Danda (Hot Spring) (1760m) – 5 hours

The trek today will take us through beautifully terraced fields and cultivated lands, offering a different experience than trekking through forests. After about five hours of walking, we will reach Jhinu Danda, where you can relax in the natural hot springs. Overnight stay at a local guesthouse.

Day 04: Trek from JhinuDanda to Dovan (2505m) – 5 hours

From Jhinu Danda, we ascend steeply towards Chhomrong, which offers stunning views of Annapurna South. Afterward, we descend to reach Dovan. Overnight stay at Dovan.

Day 05: Trek from Dovan to Machhapuchhre Base Camp (3700m) – 6 hours

As the altitude increases, our pace slows down. It will take about six hours to reach Machhapuchhre Base Camp (MBC) from Dovan. Overnight stay at MBC.

Day 06: Trek from Machhapuchhre Base Camp (3700m) to Annapurna Base Camp (4130m) – 3 hours

We continue our trek towards Annapurna Base Camp (ABC), which offers some of the most spectacular views on the trip, surrounded by towering peaks including Mount Annapurna I, Annapurna II, Annapurna South, Fishtail, and Gangapurna. Overnight at ABC.

Day 07: Trek from Annapurna Base Camp to Bamboo (2310m) – 7 hours

It’s time to head back. We start early to catch the beautiful sunrise views over the mountains. Leaving MBC behind, we descend towards Bamboo, where we will spend the night at a local guesthouse.

Day 08: Trek from Bamboo to Landruk – 6 hours

From Bamboo, we trek towards the cultural Gurung village of Landruk. Here, you’ll experience a traditional lifestyle that has remained largely unchanged for centuries. Overnight stay at Landruk.

Day 09: Trek from Landruk to Pothana (1600m) – 6 hours

After breakfast, we begin our trek to Pothana, a village offering amazing mountain views. After about six hours of walking, we will reach Pothana and stay overnight there.

Day 10: Trek from Pothana to Phedi (4 hours), then Drive to Pokhara (30 minutes)

Pothana offers incredible sunrise views, so don’t miss the morning spectacle. After breakfast, we descend towards Phedi and then take a private car to drive back to Pokhara. Stay overnight in Pokhara.

Day 11: Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu – 6 hours

On the final day of our trek, we drive back to Kathmandu via a tourist bus. The journey is scenic, passing through villages, terraces, and towns. Overnight stay at a hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 12: Departure from Kathmandu

After breakfast, transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport for your onward flight.

Cost Includes

  • Airport, hotel, and airport transfers by private car or van (depending on group size).
  • Two nights of standard accommodation in 3-star hotels in Kathmandu, located in the tourist center.
  • One night of accommodation in Pokhara (3-star category).
  • Full board meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) during the trek.
  • Fresh local fruits like oranges, apples, bananas, and grapes.
  • All accommodations during the trek.
  • Annapurna Base Camp trekking route map.
  • Experienced, government-licensed guide and porter to carry your luggage during the trek.
  • Food, drinks, accommodation, insurance, salary, equipment, transportation, and local taxes for the guide and porter.
  • Group medical supplies (first aid kit).
  • If needed, we will provide sleeping bags, down jackets, duffle bags, etc.
  • All necessary government paperwork, national park entry permits, and TIMS card.
  • Travel and rescue arrangements.
  • All government taxes and VAT.

Cost Excludes

  • Travel insurance and international airfare.
  • Nepal entry visa (obtainable on arrival at the Kathmandu airport).
  • All types of drinks (alcoholic, hot, and cold).
  • Personal shopping, laundry, and other expenses.
  • Personal trekking equipment.
  • Tips for trekking staff and drivers (gratuity is expected but not mandatory).
  • Any additional tours, sightseeing, or activities beyond the trek.

Cancellation Policy

  • After the Group-Naming list has been submitted for the permit, any cancellations will incur a fee of USD 500 per person. (The permit application is made 60 days prior to the travel date).
  • If the Yatri cancels the tour 45 Days before the date of departure, 75% of total payment will be refunded.
  • If the Yatri cancels the tour 30 Days before the date of departure, 50% of total payment will be refunded.
  • If the Yatri cancels the tour 15 Days before the date of departure, NO payment will be refunded.

Emergency Departure and Associated Costs

In the event of an unforeseen emergency requiring a Yatri to depart the Yatra prematurely and seek to return, the Yatri will be fully responsible for any additional costs incurred due to this early departure. These expenses may include, but are not limited to:

  • Permit and visa cancellations
  • Transportation costs (e.g., return travel)
  • Meals and lodging
  • Medical care
  • Emergency rescue services
  • Any supplementary nights spent on the Nepal side of the journey
  • The Yatri will bear the full financial responsibility for these costs.
